Spanish Creek in Meadow Valley Stream Restoration Project
NOTICE is given that Mitigated Negative Declaration #662 has determined that the following project will not have a significant effect on the environment. This document is proposed to be adopted and has been filed with the Department of Planning & Building Services. It is now available for inspection and review.
Plumas Corporation, with Soper-Wheeler Co., Culver Enterprises, and other Spanish Creek landowners, are jointly developing a stream restoration and gravel management plan for Spanish Creek in Meadow Valley to treat 72 acres along 2.6 miles of stream channel.
The subject property is located in Meadow Valley, CA in T24N, R8E, Sections 10, 14 & 15, Plumas County, approximately 6 miles west of Quincy, CA.
The review period for Mitigated Negative Declaration #662 is from October 17, 2012 through November 15, 2012. Written comments concerning this document will be accepted through the last day of the review period and should be directed to Randy Wilson, Planning Director, Plumas County Planning Department. Copies of this mitigated negative declaration and all documents referenced therein can be obtained at the Department of Planning & Building Services, 555 Main Street, Quincy, CA 95971 or downloaded from the Feather River Coordinated Resource Management website at www.feather-river-crm.org under Documents for Public Comment.

Bids for tree cutting
INDIAN VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICE DISTRICT, INVITATION FOR BID
Tree Removal Services, Greenville Park and Taylorsville Pool (2012PRK001)
The Indian Valley Community Service District is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the takedown (cutting) of seven trees, disposal and site clean-up at the Greenville Park and Taylorsville Pool. Bids will be received at the Indian Valley Community Service District Office, either in person at 127 Crescent Street or by mail at P.O. Box 899 Greenville CA 95947.
Bid documents may be obtained at Indian Valley Community Service District, TEL (530) 284-7224. Questions regarding the project should be referred to Frank Richardson, General Manager. The District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted.
