Marco must not of answered Polo when they were calling him and now he is lost. They should't play that game in prison.

This is just one of the things that happens when our lawmakers cut law enforcement and prison resources because "it's too expensive". Cut their name-brand drugs and medical, stop letting inmates sue the prison systems everytime they have a boo-boo. Stop lowering inmate security levels to save $$.

The crimes described sound serious enough that they shouldn't have been in minimum security. It's too bad that the AB109 bill just had to be passed by a lame, shortsighted legislature and governor. Maybe the criminals should live with them instead of being shipped to the local jails.

This I totally agree with. Why should inmates be allowed to clog the courts with BS lawsuits?
