NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on or after January 30, 2013 the below described real property will be sold via private sale.
The property is commonly known as 1743 Fiddleneck Road, La Porte, California 95981, and is more particularly described as follows: Lot 37, as shown upon that certain map entitled, "Little Grass Valley Estates, Nottingham Tract," on file in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Plumas, State of California, in Book 2 of Maps, at page 67. Together with an undivided 1/44th interest in and to Lots A and B and the private roads, as said lots and private roads are shown upon the map entitled "Little Grass Valley Estates, Nottingham Tract," on file in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Plumas, State of California, in Book 2 of Maps, at page 67. Subject to a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, the Bylaws of the Bourbon and Water Company, and the Amendments to the Bylaws of the Bourbon and Water Company, recorded in the Official Records of Plumas County, California, on June 28, 1978 in Book 290, at Pages 496 and 507.
