THE COURT ORDERS that all persons interested in this matter appear before this court at the hearing indicated below to show cause, if any, why the petition for change of name should not be granted. Any person objecting to the name changes described above must file a written objection that includes the reasons for the objection at least two court days before the matter is scheduled to be heard and must appear at the hearing to show cause why the petition should not be granted. If no written objection is timely filed, the court may grant the petition without a hearing.

Plumas County Environmental Health invites sealed bids for purchase of a 4X4 sport utility vehicle.  The bid must include all costs including labor, tax, and transportation for delivery. The vehicle must meet the minimum State of California requirements for a DGS Group I (small) sport utility vehicle.  Specifications and bidding procedures are available at Plumas County Environmental Health 270 County Hospital Road, Suite 127, Quincy, CA 95971.  Bidding closes March 15, 2013 at 5 PM.

Notice is given that the Plumas County Zoning Administrator will hold a public hearing on April 10, 2013 on the following matter:
10:00 am: Spanish Creek in Meadow Valley Rehabilitation Project Revised Initial Study (January 2013)
The original Initial Study and Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration 662 was circulated for public review and comment from October 17, 2012 through December 17, 2012.  The purpose of this public hearing is to consider revisions to mitigations incorporated into the analysis based on comments received during the public comment period.
The project is located along Spanish Creek, near the community of Meadow Valley, approximately 6 miles west of Quincy, CA.  Plumas Corporation, with property owners Soper Company and other landowners, have jointly developed a stream restoration and gravel management plan to treat 72 acres along 2.6 miles of stream channel.
