George Snook, a nearby resident said he was leaving his home when he saw the fire, which he said appeared to have started off the side of the road just south of his street. Snook reported the fire to a member of the Milford Fire Department "who took it from there."
Multiple fire agencies are continuing to respond as of 2:30 p.m.
