If no written objection is timely filed, the court may grant the petition without a hearing.

Opportunity to Comment on the Bud Lee Placer Exploration Project
The Mt. Hough Ranger District proposes to issue a Plan of Operations for mineral exploration. The Plan would authorize excavation of two test trenches with an excavator and processing of the material on site through a grizzly and trommel.  Water for processing would be pumped from Mill Creek.  The Plan would also authorize use of approximately 2 miles of non-system forest road. The project is located in T25N, R7E, Section 27, southeast of Rich Bar, California.  A draft Decision Memo detailing the proposal is available for review at the Mt. Hough Ranger District.
