3.17.2010 - The girls' basketball all-league selections have been announced for the Feather River League.

Portola freshman Emma Briggs was selected as the Most Valuable Player. Briggs compiled a season average of 14 points and 7.4 rebounds per game.
Portola's Cassidy Ledwig, Lindsey Compton and Anna Roach were also honored as all-league players.

For Chester, Taylor Laboski and Abbey Schmidt received all-league awards.

Quincy's all-league picks went to Korey Cline and Natalie Ray.

Kelsey Scheckla and Bethany McHenry represented Loyalton on the all-league list.

Honorable mentions went to the following players: Ellie Kibble, Portola; Sasha Selvaggio, Portola; Shaye Quam, Chester; Jessica O'Kelley, Chester; Blanca Ruiz, Quincy; Ashlee Nieman, Quincy; Kayla Gressel, Loyalton; and Hannah Redding, Loyalton.
