NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a bulk transfer and a transfer of a retail alcoholic beverage license is intended to be made.

The intended Transferors and Licensees are STEPHEN D. SMITH and HOPE L. SMITH, mailing address P.O. Box 2272, La Jolla, CA 92038.

The intended Transferee is FAST ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, mailing address 2605 Camelot Way, Reno, NV 89509.

The property intended to be transferred is located at 395 West Main Street, Quincy, Plumas County, California, and consists of all the stock-in-trade, merchandise, fixtures, equipment, and goodwill of the business known as "Club Roost" located at 395 West Main Street, Quincy, Plumas County, California.

The alcoholic beverage license to be transferred is an On-Sale General (Type 48), License No. 448685, now issued for the premises located at 395 West Main Street, Quincy, Plumas County, California.

The total consideration for the transfer of the property and license described in this notice, including inventory of an estimated cost not to exceed $5,000.00, is $60,000.00, and consists of checks in the amount of $2,000.00 and $13,000.00, and a promissory note for $45,000.00 bearing interest.

The parties agree that the consideration for the transfer of the personal property and license described in this notice is to be paid only after the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control has approved the proposed transfer.
