Environmental Alternatives (EA) is soliciting bids from California Licensed "B" Contractors who are in good standing with the CSLB, for the Rehab of 2 structures located at 2019 and 2021 Pine St. in Quincy, Ca. This project is funded with State of California EHAPCD funds and requires the payment of "prevailing wages" and adherence to other State mandated conditions regarding bonds and contracts.

Interested contractors can contact EA at their local office, 455 W. Main St. in Quincy, Ca. 95971, (530) 283-3330. Bid packets will be available for pick-up at that location. Bids are due on Wednesday June 8 at 3 p.m. A public opening of competitive bids will occur at that time. In addition, a mandatory orientation and jobsite walk-through will occur on Wednesday, June 1 at 3 p.m.

Consider a resolution initiating the Dissolution of the American Valley CSD and concurrent formation of the Quincy Community Services District and the East Quincy Community Services District.

This proposal is to initiate proceedings before LAFCO for the dissolution of the recently formed American Valley CSD and form the East Quincy Community Services District and Quincy Community Services District located in the Quincy area of Plumas County.

The East Quincy Community Services District has found this action to be categorically exempt to the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act under Class 20 (Changes of Organization or reorganization of local governmental agencies where the changes do not change the geographical area in which previously existing powers are exercised).
