SPI risk plan on file
A Risk Management Plan (RMP) has been prepared by Sierra Pacific Industries, 1538 Lee Road, Quincy, CA. for the handling of anhydrous ammonia, a regulated substance. The RMP describes programs and controls to prevent an accidental release. The RMP has been submitted to Plumas County Environmental Health for an initial review. The RMP will be available for public review at Plumas County Environmental Health after August 1, 2011.

THE PETITION FOR PROBATE requests that: Tony King be appointed as personal representative to administer the estate of the decedent.
THE PETITION requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act.
