Elaina Lee Strand was born to Cassie and Nathan Strand, of Hamilton Branch, on Nov. 11, 2011, at 12:11 p.m. in Susanville. Elaina weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19-1/4 inches long.
She is also welcomed by grandparents Stormie and Darren Strand, of Chester, and Sonja and Randy Anderson, of Hamilton Branch.
