The Zoning Administrator will hold a public hearing on the following matter on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 in the Conference room of the Plumas County Permit Center, 555 Main Street, Quincy, CA.
10 a.m. Special Use Permit - Janelle and Paul Hardig -  4-H Lamb project 3777 Lake Almanor Drive, Hamilton Branch
Plumas County Code requires that a Special Use Permit be obtained to keep a lamb for a 4-H project in a residential area.
This project is located at 3777 Lake Almanor Drive, Hamilton Branch, CA; APN 104-232-017.
This project is exempt under the CEQA Guidelines [Section 15061(b)(3)] as Plumas County Code, as enacted by the Special Use Permit conditions, serves to address any possible impacts.
