The Central Plumas Recreation and Park District’s adult softball is down to just a couple of weeks left in the season. In the men’s league, the Regulators, Hot Spots and JABC all have three losses in a tie for first place. Circle Diamond is just behind them with four losses, and Mountain Royals are sitting in fifth.

In the women’s league, Sweet Heat is looking strong with only one loss, while Rusty’s and Dirt Diamonds are battling for second.

In the co-ed Lightning division, the Hot Spots are undefeated, while Masterbatters, Funk-E-Bunch, Mountain Royals and I’d Hit It are all in the hunt for second.

In the co-ed Thunder division, T’s 2 Go and The Beers are tied for first with just one loss per team. Quincy Natural Foods is right behind them with two losses, and Swingers, Pit Masters, It Depends, The Stalkers and the Mad Batters are all still in the hunt.

All the adult softball league games are played on weeknights at 6:30 p.m., and are played either at the fields at Feather River College or at Gansner Park. Lightning division co-ed plays Mondays, men’s division plays Tuesdays and Fridays, Thunder division co-ed plays Wednesdays and women’s division plays Thursday evenings.
