NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE GRIZZLY LAKE COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT REGARDING THE PROPOSED ADOPTION OF INCREASED
CONNECTION FEES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 10, 2011 the Board of Directors of the Grizzly Lake Community Services District will hold a public hearing to receive oral and written testimony regarding the proposed adoption of increased water and wastewater connection fees ("Connection Fees"). The increased Connection Fees would be imposed on new connections to the District's water and wastewater systems in order for such connections to pay their proportionate share of the cost of connection to the these systems. A report setting forth the estimated cost required for connection to the water and wastewater systems for which the proposed increased Connection Fee would be imposed, is available for public review at the District's office located at 119 Delleker Road Portola, CA 96122. The hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, at Grizzly Lake Community Services District office, 119 Delleker Drive, Portola.
Written comments may be filed with the General Manager of the District at any time prior to the conclusion of the public hearing. Those desiring to orally comment may do so during the hearing. Written comments should be addressed to the attention of the General Manager at the following address: 119 Delleker Road Portola, CA 96122. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the Board may adopt a resolution establishing the increased Connection Fees.
