This notice is to announce two vacancies have occurred on the following board: CHESTER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT. The notice is to fill the vacancies of Tonu Plakk and Dick Withrow until the next uniform district election. The appointments will be made by the CHESTER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT board of directors. In compliance with the Maddy Appointive Registry Act, these appointments can be made on March 4 or thereafter.
