Notice of Public Hearing
The Zoning Administrator will hold a public hearing on the following matters on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 in the Conference room of the Plumas County Permit Center, 555 Main Street, Quincy, CA.
10 a.m. Special Use Permit for a 4-H pig project-183 Sierra Way, Quincy
James and Cynthia Hogg, owners
This project is a Special Use Permit to allow the keeping of a 4-H pig in a residentially zoned neighborhood. The project is located at 183 Sierra Way, Quincy, CA; APN
116-231-022; T24N/R10E/Section 19, MDM.
This project is exempt under CEQA Guidelines [Section 15061(b)(3)] as Plumas County Code, as enacted by the Special Use Permit conditions, serves to address any possible impacts.
