Mt. Huff Golf

Happy New Year. Cloudy, cool, but still the stalwarts showed up for the Wednesday Morning Scramble at Mt. Huff on Jan. 3. Actually, the turn-out was excellent.

In first place at 6-under-par was the team of Duane Austin, Darel Joseph, and Jeff Stevens.

The second place team came in at 3-under-par for Ralph Cote, Don Hubbell, Don McConnell and Leo Sorosinski.

Mike Ingle hit it closest to the pin and the three-way chip-in honors went to Ralph Cote, Don Hubbell and Jim Battigan.

As long as the weather hold out, the scramble will play every Wednesday morning beginning at 10 a.m., when the frost is off the greens.
