Prescribed burns happening

6/7/2010

The project's south end is located three miles north of Westwood and extends three miles north, directly west of Highway A-21. Up to 650 acres could be burned over the course of several days. Ignition could start as early as June 9th. Watch for smoke on A-21 as well as Highway 36 in the vicinity of Westwood.
