Electricity restored to Meadow Valley
1:30 p.m. Upate
Power has been restored to Meadow Valley.
Meadow Valley has been without power for nearly 40 hours as PG&E workers attempt to get a replacement power pole across the unseasonably high flow of Spanish Creek in the Devil's Elbow/Lover's Leap area during storm conditions. The company estimates that power will be returned or a new update will be provided by 10 p.m. tonight.

We never appreciate the simple things in life, until we have to go without....Thanks to all the folks who spent long hours, under heavy weather conditions, working to fix the power. You all deserve a big THANK YOU! PG&E crew you "ROCK"!
What a relief, Thanks PG&E workers for taking care of us. I spoke with Mr. Lopez on Saturday night who is in charge of the crew that was doing this job. A tree had busted the lines 21 spans up the hill across from Spanish Creek. They had to hike up there and fix the lines by hand. Great job guys!!

Thank you so much PG&E Crew, you are much appreciated for your hard work. You got our power back a heck of a lot quicker than I would have guessed given the area of the outage, thank you again!
