Plumas County Public Works announced today that it has completed spring opening on the Quincy-Laporte Road and the portion of Bucks Lake Road most commonly referred to as the Bucks-Oro Highway.

Both roads have some narrow areas that have little or no shoulder due to snowbanks but do have two full lanes for travel with the exception of areas that suffered storm damage.
