Notice to Contractors
The Plumas Unified School District is seeking proposals for the Exterior Painting of Portola Jr. Sr. High School. Work will consist of but may not be limited to minor repair and refinishing of stucco and concrete, minor repair or replacement of wood trim and painting of the facility according to district supplied specifications using Kelly-Moore painting products or equal. Contractor must follow all manufacturers' specifications and installation instructions. Contractor must have all required lead abatement certifications required by the State of California for public works projects and be licensed and insured. All workers must be paid prevailing wage for their trade as determined by the California Department of Labor Relations. For bid documents and to arrange a site visit please contact Mr. David Putnam, (530) 283-6546 x103. Bids will be accepted no later than June 23, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at the office of the Superintendent, 50 Church Street, Quincy, CA. 95971.
