Just as the dust settles after the ever-popular parade and Silver Buckle Rodeo in Taylorsville July 4th, the town roars right back to life the following weekend with the 18th annual Solar Cook-Off on Saturday, July 14. Activities include solar cooking demonstrations, arts and crafts fair and plenty of live music throughout the day and well into the evening. The featured entertainer performing at the Grange Hall that evening is Rich Estrin and the Nighcats. For more information contact Blackhawk Solar.
