Representatives of Twentieth Century Fox Pictures of Hollywood spent Sunday and Monday on the line of the Western Pacific Railroad between the Feather River Canyon and Portola to search for an appropriate setting for the outdoor shots for the talkie version of Jack London’s Call of the Wild. The site chosen was Two Rivers near Cromberg.
