Early winter storm wreaks havoc on Plumas County
11/20/20091:30 p.m. Strong winds and heavy, often wet snow are causing problems across Plumas County.
PFPD Incident Commander reports PG&E crews are responding to trees and power lines down in Hamilton Branch area,
Numerous vehicle accidents have been reported including one involving two trucks and a big rig that has Highway 147 completely blocked one mile east of Canyon Dam.
