Is there any power outages expected in Quincy or does the lumber mill still kick in?

Also does Quincy get strong south winds as I don't recall any being a child when living there.

My parents said they think the mountains blocked high winds.

There was a low income apartment area around Safeway when I was little I went with my Dad to help put up SandBags because some of the houses were starting to flood I think the year before the New Years flood and we unexpectedly got a very nice gift in exchange.

@kyle - PSREC customers have already been out of power a couple of times during this storm. We have also experienced high winds. Garbage cans blown over and the kids' playhouse blew across yard & into the driveway.
