NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Portola City Council will hold an public hearing on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City of Portola City Council Chambers, 35 Third Avenue, Portola, California, regarding the following matter:
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Project Closeout for 09-EDEF-6563, the "Façade Improvement Program": The purpose of this hearing is to give citizens an opportunity to evaluate the City's grantee performance (Final Grantee Performance Report), to notify the public about accomplishments funded by the grant, and for the City Council to accept the final documents.  
Your comments and attendance are encouraged.  After the public hearing, the City will proceed with the submission of this report to the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
