Fall into fitness at the Plumas District Hospital Autumn Fitness Festival and 5k run on Saturday morning, Sept. 21, at Feather River College.
Start the morning off with a 5K at 9 a.m., followed by a 1-mile Kids’ Fun Run at 10 a.m. Later, enjoy fitness demonstrations, a soccer clinic, disc golf demo, Zumba Kids, yoga, healthy food and more.
Run registration is $15 and includes a commemorative shirt and prizes for the top runners. Make sure to sign up early so you get a shirt your size. Morning-of registration is $20.
Registration forms are available at Body & Soul in downtown Quincy, the Plumas District Hospital front lobby and online at pdh.org. Runners can also register the morning of the event, beginning at 8 a.m.
