To all heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, contingent creditors, and persons who may otherwise be interested in the will or estate, or both, of: Gloria St. Germain.
A Petition For Probate has been filed by: Tina M. Kunkel and William S. Kandarian Jr. in the Superior Court of California, County of Plumas.
THE PETITION FOR PROBATE requests that: Tina M. Kunkel and William S. Kandarian Jr. be appointed as personal representative to administer the estate of the decedent.
THE PETITION requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. (This authority will allow the personal representative to take many actions without obtaining court approval. Before taking certain very important actions, however, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or consented to the proposed action.) The independent administration authority will be granted unless an interested person files an objection to the petition and shows good cause why the court should not grant the authority.

Notice of Decision
As the Responsible Official, District Ranger Deb Bumpus signed a Decision Notice and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) on September 13, 2013 approving the Crocker Guard Station Public Toilet project which consists on installing an exterior vault toilet for the visitors to Crocker GS on the Beckwourth Ranger District, Plumas National Forest.
The project is located approximately 7 miles north of Beckwourth, California, and a couple miles east of Lake Davis.  The toilet would be installed at the historic Crocker Guard Station within Section 33 of T24N, R14E, Mt. Diablo Base Meridian

Appeal Opportunities and Implementation
The 30-day comment period ended on June 14, 2013. Since no comments expressing concerns were received during the comment period, this decision is not subject to appeal (36 CFR 215.12). The Zoning Administrator will hold a public hearing on the following matter on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 in the Conference room of the Plumas County Permit Center, 555 Main Street, Quincy, CA.
10 a.m.  Special Use Permit for a Campground
Frank Brooke, Joseph Brooke, John Brooke and Vernon Brooke, Jr., owners
This project is a Special Use Permit to allow a campground for personal use by the owners, as defined in Plumas County Code.  The project is located at 7354 Lake Davis Road, Lake Davis; APN 025-292-002; T23N/R13E/Section 11, MDM.
This project is exempt under CEQA Guidelines [Section 15061(b)(3)] as Plumas County Code, as enacted by the Special Use Permit conditions, serves to address any possible impacts.
