CANCELED - The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is sponsoring a blood drive Tuesday, Dec. 3, from noon to 6 p.m. This event has been canceled, as the team coming from Reno ran into very bad weather the morning of Dec. 3. The blood drive will rescheduled for a later date.

To schedule an appointment, contact Judy Wright at 283-4948, or log on to BloodHero.com using sponsor code QUINCY.

“December is our ‘Season of Giving’ month,” the church reported. All presenting donors will be entered into a drawing to win one of two $500 gift cards.

Donors must bring their identification to the church when donating.

To save time when signing up, donors can go online and complete their health history interview the day they donate. Visit UnitedBloodServices.org and click on Health History Questionnaire.
