REQUEST OF INFORMATION ON DOMESTIC WATER SUPPLIES
A Timber Harvest Plan (THP) is being proposed by Phil Noia for the Noia Property in the Greenville Area of Plumas County, CA, see THP Location listed below. This notice is requesting domestic water supplies information for the planned Noia Property Modified THP concerning surface domestic water use from watercourses within the THP, or from those watercourses that receive drainage from the proposed THP Area and are within 1,000 ft. downstream from the proposed THP Boundary. The information requested for this proposed THP shall be furnished within 10 days of the publication date of this newspaper for incorporation into the respective THP per California Forest Practice Rules & Regulations.
