Leah Marie Rucker was born to Audree Transue and Todd Rucker, Jr. both of Quincy Dec. 11, 2009, at 5:17 p.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. She weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces.
Maternal grandparents are Barbara and Dusty of Quincy and Kenny and Ingrid, also of Quincy.
Paternal grandparents are Stephanie Thompson of Portola and Todd Rucker Sr. of Oroville.
