The Greenville Meat Market, recently closed, has been reopened Monday by Riehl and Openshaw, butchers of Indian Valley. They were presented a vase of flowers accompanied by a message of support and goodwill from the residents of Greenville pledging their support and patronage.

Fire consumed the former quarters of Glenn's Market in Greenville early Friday morning and did considerable damage to Wanda's Cafe next door.

Cromberg residents David and Catherine Graf accepted the keys to a brand new 2000 Ford Explorer they won in a Coca-Cola twist-top promotion. The family was one of 50 that won the vehicles. Willits Motors, the local Ford dealership, handled the delivery.
