Kenley Rae Neer was born to Megan and Aaron Neer of Greenville May 28, 2010, at 6:56 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. She weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces. Maternal grandparents are Lee and Melvina Beauchman of Chilcoot. Paternal grandparents are Gary and Susan Neer, of Greenville. Great grandparents are Margaret Neer of Greenville and Mr. and Mrs. Ken McIntyre also of Greenville. Kenley joins sibling Jhett, 3.
