Maternal grandparents are Donald and Karen Nance of Temple, Ga.
Paternal grandparents are Helen "Sunny" Smith of Prairie City, Ore. and the late John "Johnny" Smith.
Great-grandparents are Kenneth and Trish Werner of Apple Valley.
Scarlett joins brother Hunter, 5.
Westin Wayne Peverini was born to Brianne and Christopher Peverini of Quincy Aug. 8, 2010, at 11:33 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. He weighed 5 pounds.
Maternal grandparents are Shawndra and Timothy West, also of Quincy.
Paternal grandparents are Steve Peverini of Rocklin and June Caruso of Fair Oaks.
Great-grandparents are Kenny and Carmen Tompson of Fall River Mills and Bon and Sharon King of Sutter.
Westin joins sibling Jabin, 18 months.
