DEMBOSZ: 30 YEARS WITH BANK
Rose Dembosz is celebrating 30 years of service to Plumas Bank. She was their first employee, joining the bank’s charter organizational team in October, 1980 as the operations officer. Her career has taken her from assistant vice president senior operations officer in 1988 to executive vice president, manager of the bank operations group in 2007. She currently oversees several departments including operations, information technology, human resources, and the customer resource center.
Andy Ryback, interim president and chief executive officer stated, “As Plumas Bank's first employee, Rose worked to organize our bank from an idea proposed by local business leaders to a half billion dollar institution. Her strong work ethic and loyalty to the company have helped drive the bank's success and she has set an influential example for all Plumas Bank employees.”
Rose said, “The past 30 years have been an incredible journey and along the way I have had the opportunity to grow, learn and work with an exceptional board of directors and an outstanding team.”
CABALLERO JOINS STATE FARM TEAM
State Farm Insurance Agent Richard Stockton has added a new team member to his Quincy agency, Lisa Caballero. She has lived in the Quincy area for many years and has six years of banking experience. Earlier this month, Lisa took and easily passed the State Insurance Licensing exam. She will be working as an insurance and financial services office representative, taking Carlene Sedgwick’s position, who will be retiring in December after a 26-year career at the Quincy office. Be sure to stop by the State Farm office across from the shopping center and congratulate Carlene on her upcoming retirement, while welcoming Lisa to her new position.
TRUJILLO JOINS FLANIGAN INSURANCE
Mike and Valerie Flanigan have added a newly licensed property and casualty agent in their Quincy office, MaryAnn Trujillo. She and her husband Eric relocated to Plumas County from Livermore. “MaryAnn is a bright and talented agent and we look forward to watching her grow in her role of assisting business clients with their insurance needs,” said Mike. Flanigan-Leavitt Insurance is an independent insurance agency with office in Quincy, Susanville and Reno employing 13 agents to serve the insurance needs for both businesses and individuals.

Francis joins Chester Dentist
Dr. Eric Dunbar is pleased to announce that Vicki Francis, RDA, has joined his dental team. Vicki is excited to share her expertise with her new teammates and said she looks forward to the challenge of learning new aspects of dentistry such as orthodontics. Vicki has lived in the Chester area for 30 years and has 7 years experience working in the dental field. Dr. Dunbar has been practicing for 19 years and is closing in on our 5th year at their Almanor location. The office provides most aspects of dental care--from children's dentistry to dentures and implants.
Mary Cheek, CPA., is celebrating her fifth anniversary. In 2008, she moved to another office in the same building at 130 Willow St. in Chester. Mary says she is fortunate to have had Jody Syfrett work with her for the past four years.
