NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Special General Election held on Tuesday, January 4, 2011, to fill the vacancy in Senate District 1.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that there will be a CONSOLIDATED POLLING PLACE FOR ALL PLUMAS COUNTY VOTERS LOCATED AT THE PLUMAS COUNTY COURTHOUSE - 520 Main Street, Quincy. Voters may request a Vote By Mail Ballot, vote at the Courthouse daily Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm, excluding December 23, 24, and 31, 2010; or vote on Election Day at the Courthouse 7 am - 8 pm.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that ballot processing will be from December 6, 2010, through January 4, 2011, at the central counting location at the Plumas County Courthouse, 520 Main Street, Room 102, Quincy, CA.
