Notice to Defendant (Aviso a Demandado): Lizzie Mayes, Lawrence Yager, the testate and intestate successors of Lizzie Mayes and Lawrence Yager, deceased, and all persons claiming by, through, or under such decedents, Does 1-50, inclusive, and all persons unknown , claiming any legal or equitable right, title, estate, lien or interest in the property described in this complaint.

All that certain real property being identical to that certain 1.00 acre parcel reserved in the deed dated December 10, 1945 and recorded December 13, 1945 in Book 83 of Deeds at Page 103, Plumas County records, situate in the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 14, Township 24 North, Range 8 East, M.D.M., in the unincorporated area of the County of Plumas, State of California, being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a 5/8" rebar with aluminum cap stamped LS 5620 on the East  line of said Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 14 which bears S67¡27'55"E, 5.10 feet from a post called for in the deed from Yager to Miller dated December 21, 1912 and recorded August 16, 1913 in Book 48 of Deeds at Page 57, Plumas County records, thence along the Northeasterly line of the parcel described in said deed from Yager to Miller, N67¼27'55"W 458.03 feet to the centerline of Bucks Lake Road, County Road 414, from which a 1" square head bolt bears S67¡27'55"E 17.08 feet;  thence along said centerline, N21¡38'50"E, 98.28 feet to a point which bears N67¡55'35"W, 14.97 feet from a 1" square head bolt, thence S67¡55'35"E, 416.57 feet to said East line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 14 from which a 1" square head bolt bears N67¡55'35"W, 4.29 feet; thence along said East line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 14,  S00¡23'44"E, 110.34 feet to the Point of Beginning, said parcel containing  1.00 acres, more or less.

The Basis of Bearings of this description is identical to that shown on the map filed in Book 15 of Record of Surveys at Page 62, Plumas County records.

This description is based on a field survey filed in Book 15 of Records of Survey at Page 62, Plumas County records and is prepared to clarify the location of the 1.00  acre parcel reserved in the deed recorded in Book 83 of Deeds at Page 103, Plumas County records.
