The Halstead Campground Timber Sale is located within T25N, R8E, S 22. Near Twain, CA, on Highway 70. The Forest Service will receive sealed bids in public at QUINCY, CA, at 10:00 AM local time on 03/31/2011 for an estimated volume of .53 MBF of Douglas Fir sawtimber, 17.78 MBF of Ponderosa Pine sawtimber, and .07 MBF of Sugar Pine sawtimber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the office listed below.
