Plumas County business men and women are invited to showcase their businesses' products and services during the Plumas Business Exposition to be held Saturday, June 4, 2011, at the Plumas-Sierra County Fairgrounds. This exposition will be held during the well attended Plumas County Picnic and is an ideal, inexpensive venue for retail, contractors, tradesmen, in-home web-based and professional service businesses, everyone is invited.
Local businesses are invited to share samples, offer demonstrations and valuable offers, such as handing out coupons for their store or product, with other businesses and the public. The selling of goods in these showcases is prohibited, however, those wanting to sell goods may rent a space inside the Exhibit Building and should contact the fair staff for details.
Each participant will receive a 10’ by 10’ area on the Gazebo Promenade and two weeks of newspaper promotion listing the participating businesses on May 25 and June 1. Other advertising will include e-blasts, flyers, and news stories, all for a $25 exhibit fee.
The deadline to reserve space at this event is Wednesday, May 18, 2011. Businesses should call their newspaper representative today to submit their business name, address, phone number, email address, and the person to contact.
