A PETITION FOR PROBATE has been filed by: Michele L. Lincoln in the Superior Court of California, County of Plumas.

THE PETITION FOR PROBATE requests that: Michele L. Lincoln be appointed as personal representative to administer the estate of the decedent.

THE PETITION requests the decedent's wills and codicils, if any, be admitted to probate. The will and any codicils are available for examination in the file kept by the court.

THE PETITION requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. (This authority will allow the personal representative to take many actions without obtaining court approval. Proposed timber harvest

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ON DOMESTIC WATER SUPPLIES

Collins Pine Company is preparing a timber harvest plan (THP) approximately 1.5 miles west of Chester, California. This plan includes approximately 1,542 acres in the following location: Portions of Sections 2, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 24, Township 28 North, Range 6 East, and Portions of Sections 18, 19, 27 and 35, Township 29 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. The main watercourses included in the THP are Warner Creek and the North Fork of the Feather River. As required by Title 14 of California Code of Regulations, Section 1032.10, all landowners within 1,000 feet downstream of a proposed THP, whose ownership adjoins or includes Class I, II and IV watercourse(s) which receives surface drainage from the proposed timber operation must be contacted requesting information on surface domestic water use. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Almanor Recreation and Park District has adopted a preliminary budget for: (1) Salaries and wages (2) Services and Supplies which preliminary budget can be inspected Mon, Wed, Fri at the Almanor Basin Community (ABC) Center, 372 Main St., Chester, CA between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and that the said Board of Directors of the said District will meet at the Almanor Basin Community (ABC) Center on July 6, 2011 at 7 p.m. for the purpose of fixing the final budget for said Recreation District at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard regarding the increase, decrease or omission of any item of the budget, or for the inclusion of additional items.

NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Clear Creek Community Services District has adopted a preliminary Budgets for (1) Salaries and Benefits, (2) Services and Supplies, and (3) Fixed Assets, for the Fiscal Year 2011-2012, which the preliminary fiscal year 2011-2012 budget can be inspected during weekdays at the district office 667-055 Spring Creek Drive or the Fire House bulletin board on Hwy 147 Clear Creek.

The Board of Directors of the Clear Creek Community Services District will meet at the Fire House, on Hwy 147, Tuesday July 5, 2011 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. for fixing the final fiscal year 2011-2012 budgets for the Clear Creek Community Services District and Fire Department. At which time and place any taxpayer may appear and be heard regarding the increase, decrease, or omissions of any item of the budget, or for the inclusion of additional items.
