Advertisement for Bids
The Plumas Unified School District is seeking bids for the purchase of 4 separate 1,000 gallon propane vehicle fueling stations. Units must be self contained and meet all State and Federal codes and regulations. Initial propane fill up and final hookup to be included in the base bid for the purpose of ensuring that the stations are safe and operating correctly. The proposed locations of the fueling stations are:
One located at 155 Sixth Avenue, Portola, CA. 96122.
One located at 113 N. Mill Creek, Quincy, CA. 95971.
One located at 117 Grand Street, Greenville, CA. 95947.
One located at 612 First Street, Chester, CA. 96020.
All other work related to site and electrical prep before setting of these units will be bid under a separate contract related to the manufacturer's specifications and requirements.
This bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder for the specified equipment. Information needed to properly quote this bid can be obtained from Ken Pierson contact information below. Except for the above described initial fill up, propane fuel will not be part of this bid.

INDIAN VALLEY HEALTH CARE DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Indian Valley Health Care District (the "District") at its mailing address, 184 Hot Springs Road, Greenville, California, 95947 or by fax at the District's fax number, 530-284-6573. All bids must be received by the District by noon, November 18, 2011, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read for the following:
OFFERS TO PURCHASE IMPROVED REAL PROPERTY
The District is soliciting offers to purchase certain improved real property (the "Surplus Property"), consisting of the former Indian Valley Hospital ("Hospital") located at 184 Hot Springs Road, Greenville, California, 95947, excluding that certain area located immediately north of the former Hospital maintenance building, which is reserved for use as a heliport (the "Heliport"), and which remains in use to airlift patients from the community to hospitals outside of the Greenville area. Offers to purchase the Surplus Property shall include an agreement to redevelop the Surplus Property in a manner consistent with permissible land uses. Minimum acceptable bid is $ 475,000.
Additional terms and conditions of the sale, if any, are available at the District offices at the address stated above.
The Surplus Property will be sold on an "as-is" basis only. Additional information and/or arrangements to inspect the Surplus Property may be made by contacting Guy McNett, Chairman of the District Board of Directors at (530) 284-6526. Proposers are encouraged to make such investigation as they deem appropriate to fully inform themselves as to the condition of the property and its suitability for the Proposer's intended use.
Bids will be examined and reported to the Board of Directors of the District. The Board of Directors reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding procedure. The District may reject any and all bids, in its sole discretion.
