Noah James Bates
Noah James Bates was born to Kristen Nunes Bates and Westley Bates, of Portola, on Feb. 11, 2012, at 6:56 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Noah weighed 8 pounds.
Grandparents are Bip Siler, Jeff Siler, Dave Bates and Questa Allan.
Noah is also welcomed by siblings Alexa Bates, 6, and Tessa Bates, 2.
