Olivia Rowan Callahan was born to Holly and Patrick Callahan, of Quincy, on Oct. 21, 2011, at 6:08 p.m. at home. Olivia weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 21 inches in length.

Maternal grandparents are Sandy and Jim Burros and Patty and Mike Nordt, all of Quincy.

Paternal grandparents are Betty and Robert Callahan, of Puyallup, Wash.

Great-grandmother is Eldora Duniphin, of Quincy.

McKane William Vickrey was born to Allison and Jacob Vickrey, of Quincy, Oct. 27, 2011, at 3:55 p.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. McKane weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and was 21 inches in length.

Maternal grandmother is Jackie Garfield, of Quincy.

Paternal grandparents are Janeen and Will Vickrey, of Quincy.

McKane is also welcomed by his sisters, twins Ema and Ryliegh Vickrey, age 5.

Ryder Lee Jenkins was born to Jennifer Jenkins, of Taylorsville, Oct. 24, 2011, at 8:05 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Ryder weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Jeannie Wilkinson, of Greenville, and Daniel Jenkins, of Elmira, Ore.

Great-grandmother is Barbra Derman, of Crescent Mills.

Ryder is also welcomed by siblings Thaddeus Martin, 15, and Tyler Terp, 5.

Allena Rae Moore was born to Heather and Jonathan Moore, of Greenville, Oct. 26, 2011, at 11:59 p.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Allena weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Linda and Robert McElhaney, of Greenville.

Paternal grandparents are Emily and Jim Moore, of Westwood.

Layla Trinity Hamner

Layla Trinity Hamner was born to Christina D. Caires and Johnny D. Hamner Jr., of Meadow Valley, on Oct. 20, 2011, at 12:45 p.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Layla weighed 9 pounds, 13 ounces and was 23 inches in length.

Maternal grandparent is Daree Olson-Williamson, of Alturas.

Paternal grandparents are Christine Williams, of Shady Cove, Ore., and John Hamner Sr., of Clearlake.

Great-grandmother is Margaret Rongey, of Meadow Valley.

Layla is also welcomed by siblings Mitch Robertson, 24, Gabe Garcia, 22, Latecia Hamner, 20, Billy Hamner, 18, Jacob Hamner, 16, and Anthony Vasquez, 14.

Annalei Marie Ward was born Sept. 20, 2011, to Nykky Caravich and Brandon Ward, of Santa Rosa. She weighed 5 pounds, 8 ounces and was 18 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Linda (Sunny) Santos and Jim Caravich, of Santa Rosa. Paternal grandparents are Anna Ward, of Quincy, and Mike Ward, of Kerman.

Annalei is also welcomed by sister Althea Anderson, of Santa Rosa.

Paternal grandparents are Delaine Snyder, of Prescott, Ariz., and William Klauck, of Moreno Valley.
