The Chester Public Utility District (CPUD) invites qualified contractors to bid the construction of a 34 foot by 18 foot masonry concrete block building (9 foot high walls) with metal roofing and an adjoining propane tank pad and masonry wall at a newly developed well site adjacent to Juniper Lake Road, on property owned by the CPUD in Plumas County. The building will contain well controls and equipment which will be removed from an existing well house located at the Chester Airport, (Rogers Field), and will be reinstalled to be re-used in the new building. Additionally, all required underground electrical conduit and associated well piping will be required to be furnished and installed. The Contractor must have a current California Contractors State License Board Class A or B license.
Bid Submittal Deadline: Bids must be received at the CPUD office no later than June 22, 2012, 4:30 PM. This is a notice only. A Bid Package must be obtained to bid this work.
