Monday was the coldest day recorded by the United States Forest Service office this season with the thermometer registering 11 degrees that morning with the maximum temperature climbing to 50 degrees.

We at the Plumas National-Bulletin office have received the first three issues of the Indian Valley Record published by James R. Little. They are getting out a very attractive newspaper and we wish them success. Knowing as we do of something of this importance to a community of a live newspaper, we congratulate Greenville upon securing the new enterprise.

Good old days are recalled in a new and interesting feature debuting with this issue of the Plumas National-Bulletin. The special editorial feature under the heading "The Good Old Days" will consist of articles and excerpts from the files of the county newspaper published a quarter of a century ago.

Greenville today came back into the fold of Plumas County towns represented by a weekly newsletter column in this county newspaper. W.J. Hall, an old time resident of Greenville who has been at Englemine for the past six years, will represent the Plumas National-Bulletin of news the growing Indian Valley town.
