Consider the approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for property located at 356 West Sierra Avenue, to allow the operation of an automotive repair facility (industrial use) in a Core Commercial zone.

Notice is given that Negative Declaration 668 has determined that this project will not have a significant effect on the environment.
The project is located at 1737 Clio-State 40A, near Clio, CA; Assessor's Parcel Number 133-140-032; T22N/R13E/Section 19, MDM.
The project is an amendment to a Reclamation Plan approved by Plumas County in 1990. The mine provides materials used by the Plumas County Department of Public Works for maintenance and repair projects in the county.
This document is proposed to be adopted and has been filed with Plumas County Planning and Building Services. It is now available for inspection and review at:

Pursuant to California Education Code Section 5091 and 5092, the Board of Trustees of Feather River Community College District announces a vacancy in Trustee District I (Graeagle, Portola) effective March 19, 2015. Community members wishing to be considered for a provisional appointment must be 1) a registered voter in Plumas County; 2) a resident of Trustee District I; and 3) submit a letter of interest and application by April 1, 2015.
