Advertisement for Bids
The Plumas Unified School District is seeking bids for the purchase of 4 separate 1,000 gallon propane vehicle fueling stations. Units must be self contained and meet all State and Federal codes and regulations. Initial propane fill up and final hookup to be included in the base bid for the purpose of ensuring that the stations are safe and operating correctly. The proposed locations of the fueling stations are:
One located at 155 Sixth Avenue, Portola, CA. 96122.
One located at 113 N. Mill Creek, Quincy, CA. 95971.
One located at 117 Grand Street, Greenville, CA. 95947.
One located at 612 First Street, Chester, CA. 96020.
All other work related to site and electrical prep before setting of these units will be bid under a separate contract related to the manufacturer's specifications and requirements.
This bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder for the specified equipment. Information needed to properly quote this bid can be obtained from Ken Pierson contact information below. Except for the above described initial fill up, propane fuel will not be part of this bid.
Bids will be sealed and filed in the Transportation Office of the District
