Request for Statement of Qualifications for:
The Plumas County Transportation Commission will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to perform an audit of the basic financial statements of the Plumas County Transportation Commission and the Plumas Transit Operators. Qualified firms shall have experience in understanding the internal control over financial reporting and on compliance and other matters based on an audit of financial statements performed with Government Auditing Standards.
The entire "Request for Statement of Qualifications," including instructions for submittal, is available during normal business hours from Plumas County Department of Public Works, 1834 East Main Street, Quincy, CA 95971; Telephone (530) 283-6268. The Plumas Unified School District is currently seeking bids for the replacement of approximately 1,847 square feet of six inch thick concrete flatwork at Quincy Elementary school located at 246 Alder Street, Quincy, CA. 95971. Work will consist of, but not limited to the removal and disposal of existing concrete and asphalt. Compaction and grading of base and the placement of new six inch 4,500 psi air entrained concrete sloped to drain and also meet all ADA Accessibility codes and Plumas County Public Works specifications. Work must be completed prior to August 30, 2012. Bid documents can be obtained by contacting Mr. David Putnam at (530) 283-6546 x 103, or email dputnam@pcoe.k12.ca.us Contractors and sub Contractors are required to pay prevailing wages to all employees. There are no drawings for this project so site inspection prior to bidding is mandatory. DVBE Contractors are encouraged. Bids will be accepted up to the hour of 1:00 pm on July 17, 2012 at 50 Church Street, Quincy, CA. 95971.
