AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORTOLA, COUNTY OF PLUMAS AMENDING THE CITY OF PORTOLA MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTERS 8.20, 10.04, AND 17.106 PERTAINING TO INOPERABLE VEHICLES

The ordinance defines excess inoperable vehicles as any number greater than one.
