Sealed bids will be received at Greenville Cemetery District, PO Box 834 or 400 Main St., Greenville, CA 95947. Filing for bids will be due no later than November 19, 2009, at 2 p.m. Bids will be opened on November 19, 2009, at 6 p.m.
Job specifications entail a contractor/s to provide the opening and closing of graves with a lowering device to lower casket into grave and provide vault for grave. At closing contractor/s provides for cleanup. Contractor/s will maintain graves for a year and repair any damage to sprinkler system. Contractor/s will furnish cemetery with a certificate of liability insurance with a coverage limit of $1,000,000. Contractor/s will supply tent and chairs for graveside services if requested.
